英語記事6 principles of X-writing: Time-saving posting system for Japan
Beginner to X operation / 公開日: 2026/02/18 · 更新日: 2026/03/12

The biggest reason why I don't keep posting is because I end up writing from scratch every time. Six writing principles help solve this problem.
In this article, I will explain and adjust foreign X-lighting methods into a form that can be used in Japan's X environment.
Why update now?
In the old system, people tended to post random thoughts or repost the same sentence. Now, we need to design with the following two points in mind.
- Write short and easy to understand with the assumption that it will reach you with For You.
- Avoid duplicate posts and automated rules
Principle 1: Write the hook first
The first line indicates ``whose problem, what problem, and how will it be solved?'' Once you have decided on the beginning, it will be easier to create the main text in a short time.
Principle 2: Build a framework with bullet points
Instead of writing the main text all at once, list 3 to 5 main points first. If you build the framework first, you will be less likely to get lost along the way.
Principle 3: Create a swipe file
Saves the URL of the posted post and the reason why it was posted. The following three points of view are sufficient for saving.
- hook
- composition
- How it ends
Principle 4: Write from a question database
Choose topics based on the reader's concerns'' rather than what you want to say''.
Please regularly stock up on replies, DMs, negotiation notes, and search terms.
Principle 5: Create quantity through reuse
Don't limit the posts that get a good response to just one post, change the format and reuse them. The guidelines for easy operation are as follows.
- 7 days later: Repost with light paraphrase
- After 30 days: Format change (bullet points → steps)
- After 90 days: Add examples and figures
Principle 6: Shape with smartphone in mind
Increase line breaks and keep sentences short. Improved readability helps reduce abandonment.
Steps to create one post in 15 minutes
- Choose one theme from the question database (2 minutes)
- Write one hook line (2 minutes)
- Make 3 bullet points (3 minutes)
- Expand into main text (5 minutes)
- Adjust line breaks and CTAs (3 minutes)
Points to note (corresponding to rules)
- Do not post the same or almost the same text to multiple accounts at the same time
- Automatic replies should only be used in situations where the recipient has given consent.
- Keep hashtags to the minimum necessary (0 to 2 as a guide)
summary
You can shorten the time it takes to create a post by writing it in the order of ``hook → skeleton → shaping.'' First, use these six principles for one week and create one model that responds well.
